Siamo disorientati, perplessi, sconvolti da quello che sentiamo e leggiamo in giro. Sembra che dovremmo essere tutti contenti perché abbiamo la cassa integrazione ed una buona uscita. D’accordo, siamo più fortunati rispetto ad altre aziende che chiudono, lasciando i lavoratori con niente, ma non dimentichiamo che questa è un azienda che andava a gonfie e vele anche per merito dei dipendenti che ci lavoravano, un’azienda che, stando ai piani più volte annunciati, in   5 anni avrebbe raddoppiato il numero di addetti, un’azienda che aveva in progetto  un  ampliamento da 1500 mq degli spazi. Dovremmo forse ringraziare? Forse saremo anche presuntuosi, ma riteniamo che la ricchezza che ora  The North Face porterà in Svizzera è in parte anche opera nostra. Una ricchezza che ora ci viene scippata e barattata con una cassa integrazione ed una buona uscita. &lt;br /&gt;Qualcuno ha detto che da questa trattativa non escono né vincitori né vinti. Noi invece riteniamo che alla fine ci siano due vincitori: l’azienda ed il Canton Ticino.  Piaccia o non piaccia l’azienda ha ottenuto il massimo risultato con il minimo sforzo ed il Canton Ticino ha aggiunto un’altra perla al suo forziere di multinazionali. Gli altri hanno tutti perso, la politica, i sindacati, i lavoratori, il territorio. Tutti, indipendentemente dai tentativi che qualcuno farà di trarne lustro.&lt;br /&gt;Infine, non ci stancheremo mai, almeno qui, di dare il giusto merito a tutti i lavoratori che,nonostante il licenziamento,  hanno continuato a lavorare permettendo all’azienda di aprire il 2010 con un incremento sulle vendite a doppia cifra rispetto al 2009. Qualcuno ci dirà che siamo degli sprovveduti, degli stupidi, ma noi siamo fatti così, perché il nostro orgoglio è stato quello di far vedere il nostro valore fino alla fine.&lt;br a Lugano".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;E ancora: "Faremo di tutto per trovare una soluzione per tutti: ci sarà, nello spirito e nei principi di VF Corporation, una soluzione per tutti".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Così la Dott.ssa Valseschini, il 19 novembre 2009,&amp;nbsp;presentava agli attoniti ascoltatori la decisione di chiudere la sede italiana e di accentrare le attività del marchio The North Face presso l'headquarter di VF Corporation in Svizzera.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Dopo tre mesi di trattative, la presentazione delle offerte individuali alle singole risorse, la definizione del piano sociale, la firma sull'accordo condiviso con le parti sociali, qualche dubbio sorge sia in merito alle "arti magiche" dell'azienda, che ai principi che la ispirano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per quanto attiene il trasferimento di una parte del business a Lugano, emerge il sospetto che la Corporation abbia intenzione di portare nel Canton Ticino solo alcune selezionate persone di riferimento e non tutto il personale dei reparti interessati.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Infatti, le offerte proposte a molti risultano non adeguate al costo della vita e al compenso erogato a pari livelli già operanti presso la sede svizzera.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Addirittura, in diversi casi, il reddito che verrebbe&amp;nbsp;percepito, tolti&amp;nbsp;i vari costi che chi vive a 500 km da casa dovrà sostenere, risulterebbe nettamente inferiore a quello attuale.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Inoltre, anche con riferimento al piano sociale, quanto messo a disposizione della Corporation, se di primo acchitto può sembrare una cifra ragguardevole, risulta invece decisamente bassa, considerando che la The North Face Italy sta chiudendo la sede di Pederobba dopo l'ennesimo anno concluso&amp;nbsp;con saldo positivo (si vocifera di una crescita anche per il 2009 a due cifre), e che tale importo dovrà essere diviso tra un numero di persone molto elevato.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Infatti, a differenza di quanto dichiarato&amp;nbsp;dai vertici aziendali&amp;nbsp;e riportato nei vari organi di stampa, allo stato attuale solo poche risorse sembrano intenzionate a proseguire la loro avventura in Svizzera.&lt;br /&gt;Se ciò dovesse realmente accadere,&amp;nbsp;la lista degli esuberi crescerà in modo esponenziale.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I dipendenti avvertono una certa ingratitudine da parte dell'azienda nei loro confronti, considerando quanto hanno dato e stanno tuttora dando alla Corporation (n.d.r. non un'ora di sciopero è stata fatta dall'inizio delle trattative).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;La bacchetta magica è stata effettivamente utilizzata dalla The North Face Italy, ma non per trasferire&amp;nbsp;tutte&amp;nbsp;le risorse in Svizzera, ma per rovinare in pochi mesi il clima all'interno dell'azienda e portare tra le persone un forte senso di scoramento term='negotations'/><title type='text'>La voce dei vinti</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Si è svolto lunedì 15 febbraio, presso la sede municipale del Comune di Pederobba, l’incontro finale per siglare l’accordo definitivo della vertenza iniziata il 19 novembre scorso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;All’incontro erano presenti la Provincia, con l’Assessore Loris Farnea, il Sindaco di Pederobba, Raffaele Baratto, l’Amministratore Delegato di The North Face (Italy) S.r.l., Karl Heinz Salzburger, il responsabile delle risorse umane del gruppo VF di cui The North Face fa parte, i rappresentanti dei sindacati CGIL, CISL, UIL, UGL ed i rappresentanti dei lavoratori.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Durante l’incontro sono stati riassunti i risultati ottenuti dopo quasi tre mesi di trattative:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1) La sede di Pederobba rimarrà attiva dopo la cessione del ramo d’azienda a due società controllate dal gruppo VF. Rimarranno collocate 60 persone divise tra Customer Service (circa 50 unità), Credit (5 unità), Office Service (3 unità), Information Technology (1 unità), Amministrazione (1 unità).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2) Circa 80 persone hanno ricevuto l’offerta per trasferirsi a Lugano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;3) Poco più di 10 persone risultano essere gli esuberi, ma analogamente saranno considerati esuberi anche tutte le persone che rifiuteranno l’offerta per andare a Lugano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;4) Per tutti gli esuberi ci sarà il ricorso alla Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria per cessazione dell’attività e la collocazione successiva in mobilità.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;5) Per incentivare le persone ad accettare le offerte per andare a Lugano è stato istituito un patto di stabilità dove l’azienda garantisce l’assunzione per 24 mesi contro la garanzia del dipendente di rimanere per 12 mesi. Inoltre è previsto un incentivo totale di 12.000 € quale rimborso per le spese di viaggio per i primi 24 mesi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;6) Per quanto riguarda gli esuberi è stato istituito un fondo per incentivo all’esodo che, in base al numero di esuberi, potrebbe variare da un minimo di 25.000€ lordi ad un massimo di 75.000€ lordi per le posizioni di livello più elevato con molti anni di anzianità alle spalle.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;7) Per aiutare le persone ad essere ricollocate nel mondo del lavoro è stato istituito un fondo di 4.000 € che verranno spesi per ogni lavoratore per finanziare un progetto di formazione e ricollocazione operatò da una società esterna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Durante l’incontro, mentre le parti esprimevano soddisfazione per l’accordo ottenuto, le RSA hanno voluto puntualizzare ancora una volta l’attaccamento delle risorse di Pederobba al marchio e la professionalità con cui hanno affrontato questi 3 mesi di disagio ed inquietudine. Mesi in cui, nonostante tutto, l’azienda ha continuato il suo trend di crescita a 2 cifre. Nessuno, prima dell’intervento dei lavoratori ha fatto presente questa cosa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Il clima in azienda rimane comunque dimesso. Si continua comunque a lavorare con la dignità e l’impegno che ha consentito a questa azienda di crescere e diventare una delle aziende leader in Europa e nel mondo nel settore dell’Outdoor, ma non dimentichiamo le prese in giro subite quando il management proclamava che questo è il tetto sicuro sotto cui rimanere...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Forse le forze politiche potranno essere soddisfatte dell’accordo, sicuramente lo sarà l’azienda che tra poco comincerà a godere dei profitti delle agevolazioni fiscali Svizzere, ma ai lavoratori nessuno darà mai quel posto di lavoro che finora hanno mantenuto con la forza dei risultati, pur essendo spesso consapevoli di essere sottopagati, ma con l’orgoglio di lavorare per uno dei più importanti marchi sportivi del mondo. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Attualmenmte solo un 35 % delle persone che hanno ricevuto l’offerta per andare a lavorare a Lugano sembra intenzionato a spostarsi. E’ una percentuale bassa, ma che potrebbe aumentare se l'azienda decidesse in extremis di alzare e/o adeguare le offerte ai salari medi del Canton Ticino. Un esempio potrebbe essere la possibilità di offrire un contributo alle spese di affitto che in quella zona raggiungono valori assai più elevati della media degli affitti della provincia di Treviso. l’attuale posto di lavoro e dovranno ricercare una nuova occupazione.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;E’ paradossale che questo avvenga a risorse che operano in una &lt;strong&gt;azienda in crescita&lt;/strong&gt; e con &lt;strong&gt;conti economici in positivo&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Da evidenziare come, solo pochi giorni prima della comunicazione ufficiale del trasferimento ai dipendenti e alla parti sociali, erano in corso diverse selezioni per incrementare e migliorare l’organico interno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Diverse persone lavorano alla The North Face Italy da molti anni e hanno &lt;strong&gt;contribuito fattivamente&lt;/strong&gt; al successo del marchio nel mercato europeo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Alcuni erano stati assunti in tempi più recenti, attirati da una azienda di impronta americana come cultura, gestione e metodologie lavorative e che garantiva una certa sicurezza economica in un periodo di forte contrazione.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ora, invece, vengono indicati come “&lt;strong&gt;esuberi&lt;/strong&gt;” e, pertanto, fra poco per loro si aprirà la porta degli ammortizzatori sociali e vedranno chiudersi inesorabilmente quella della ditta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tempi bui e magri si prospettano per queste risorse. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;E proprio per questo aumenta l’indignazione: l’azienda in pochi mesi cancellerà con un semplice passaggio di spugna rapporti duraturi con &lt;strong&gt;collaboratori storici&lt;/strong&gt; che l’hanno vista nascere e crescere, costringendoli a convivere con lo spettro di arrivare a fine mese con il magro assegno degli ammortizzatori.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I valori che hanno ispirato e guidato queste risorse (&lt;strong&gt;senso di appartenenza, importanza del loro lavoro&lt;/strong&gt;) sembrano essersi volatilizzati in un soffio per la ricerca di un sempre &lt;strong&gt;maggiore guadagno&lt;/strong&gt; Qualcuno si chiederà il motivo di questa segnalazione. E’ presto detto: in questa pellicola, Mr. Clooney interpreta il ruolo di un “tagliatore di teste”, ovverosia di un consulente esterno, delegato dalle aziende, a licenziare i dipendenti in esubero. Egli viaggia costantemente, da un capo all’altro della nazione, per portare a termine l’infausto compito assegnatogli; vive la realtà con cinismo e solitudine, poco propenso al contatto umano fino a quando non conosce due persone che gli faranno vedere le cose da una prospettiva diversa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In Italia ce ne sono circa una ventina di Head choppers, o meglio agenti di cambiamento: guadagnano in media 15.000 euro per ogni esubero risanato e sicuramente, nel periodo storico non proprio felice, sono tra le professionalità più richieste e con largo margine di guadagno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Personalmente mi chiedo come una persona possa affrontare tali incombenze, comunicare ai lavoratori la perdita del loro posto di lavoro, tornarsene a casa e andare a letto, sapendo di aver cambiato per sempre il destino di molte famiglie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A tal proposito mi ricordo l’immagine del Dott. Arlati, il nostro “agente di cambiamento”, in quello strano pomeriggio di novembre, il quale, davanti ad una platea di 160 persone con i volti sbigottiti, le lacrime agli occhi, l’espressione di totale smarrimento, continuava, impassibile, a giocherellare con il proprio telefonino, con l’atteggiamento di uno scolaro annoiato ed impaziente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A volte le favole accadono anche nella vita reale, magari anche il Dott. Da parte dei dipendenti è stata avanzata la proposta di mantenere almeno una parte delle professionalità attive nel sito di Pederobba, in particolare il customer service, il credit department e alcuni ruoli di servizio. L’azienda non ha scartato a priori tale ipotesi ma ha rimandato ogni ulteriore discussione ad un prossimo incontro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per i dipendenti ai quali si è aperta la strada di Lugano, continuano le trattative. Le offerte prospettate come ottime dal punto di vista del trattamento economico e di possibilità di carriera si sono rivelate non in linea con le aspettative dei dipendenti . In particolar modo, gli stipendi preventivati risulterebbero inferiori agli stipendi medi Svizzeri, a parità di incarico. L’incentivo offerto non coprirebbe in ogni caso le spese di trasferimento e il maggior costo della vita a Lugano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per quanto riguarda infine gli esuberi, si tratta di garantire a coloro che rimarranno senza stipendio tutti gli ammortizzatori sociali possibili ed un contributo solidale di uscita che consideri il grave periodo di crisi occupazionale che stiamo affrontando.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;E’ emersa la necessità di procedere parallelamente su le varie posizioni, al fine di ottenere un’intesa che possa essere condivisa sia da chi andrà in Svizzera sia da chi rimane, con o senza lavoro, in Italia. The company was reserved in their reply , but not negative and has left it open to be discussed on the following reunion.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #274e13;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #274e13;"&gt;For the workers to whom there has been offered a position in Lugano, the discussion of the settlement will continue. The prospects of the first offers presented to be good on the economical side and in prospect of career possibility’s, occurred not to be in line with the expectations of the workers. margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" ps="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_-kmCcu_8nIQ/S1HS-7Q1PCI/AAAAAAAAAGM/2OtSbGZDJjA/s320/Italy-Flag.png" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Un grosso grazie va a tutti i lettori&amp;nbsp;di&amp;nbsp;queste&amp;nbsp;pagine&amp;nbsp;e non solo, per il sostegno che state fornendo e per i continui incoraggiamenti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Infatti, da quando è stata comunicata la notizia del trasferimento a Lugano della The North Face, numerosi sono stati gli attestati di solidarietà che i dipendenti hanno ricevuto personalmente, provenienti non solo da famiglie e amici, ma anche da conoscenti o semplici appassionati del marchio o degli sport ai quali si rivolge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Inoltre, nei commenti e nei post dei vari&amp;nbsp;articoli pubblicati sui giornali online e nei siti di informazioni presenti sul web, più sostenitori hanno&amp;nbsp;manifestato la loro solidarietà per quello che improvvisamente è capitato a 160 famiglie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;E' tuttavia vero che qualcuno ha commentato il trasferimento a Lugano della TNF&amp;nbsp;come una scelta giusta e necessaria (o che comunque ricalca i dettami meramente economici nei quali si muovono le aziende), altri&amp;nbsp;hanno&amp;nbsp;criticato le rimostranze dei dipendenti, accusandoli (più o meno velatamente) di non capire la possibilità offerta di vivere in un&amp;nbsp;paese come la Svizzera&amp;nbsp;e di essere dei... "bamboccioni" come direbbe l'ex ministro Padoa Schioppa, ovvero di volere lavorare&amp;nbsp;vicino&amp;nbsp;a casa e di avere il posto fisso assicurato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Premettendo che è corretto che ognuno abbia la possibiltà di esprimere le proprie opinioni e pensieri, è comunque&amp;nbsp;vero che per una migliore obiettività nei giudizi è sempre importante conoscere in modo&amp;nbsp;dettagliato la situazione ed il contesto nei quali le cose avvengono.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pertanto,&amp;nbsp;per fare comprendere meglio le ragioni dei lavoratori, cominciamo a&amp;nbsp;enunciare dei numeri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Le persone che operano nella sede di Pederobba sono circa 160. Di queste, circa il 75% (!!!)&amp;nbsp;sono donne.&amp;nbsp;Diverse ricoprono, all'interno dell'organizzazione,&amp;nbsp;ruoli direttivi e/o di coordiamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Questa situazione, più unica che rara nel panorama nazionale e nello specifico del Nordest, è sicuramente in contrapposizione con quanto si registra&amp;nbsp;in Italia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Infatti,&amp;nbsp;nel nostro Paese il tasso di occupazione femminile a ottobre 2009 è del 46,6% (fonte Istat), ben lontano dall'obiettivo del 60% fissato dalla strategia di Lisbona, e si è dovuto istituire un ministero per le pari opportunità per garantire&amp;nbsp;una maggiore tutela delle donne anche in campo lavorativo, date&amp;nbsp;le diffenze di trattamento salariale e di carriera rispetto agli uomini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sono poi da evidenziari molti altri aspetti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Un numero considerevole di dipendenti&amp;nbsp;ha una famiglia composta da coniuge o convivente e figli (molti dei quali molto piccoli) e diversi hanno acceso un mutuo o hanno un affitto da pagare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Molti hanno scelto di lavorare in The North Face dopo avere già sperimentato esperienze all'estero, desiderosi di tornare a vivere vicino ai propri cari e agli amici dopo diverso tempo trascorso lontano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Alcuni dei lavoratori che operano nella sede di Pederobba sono stranieri (in particolare si registrano circa 20 diverse nazionalità all'interno dell'azienda) che hanno scelto l'Italia non solo per ragioni economiche, ma anche per avere la possibilità di vivere in un paese che amano e che gli garantisce delle opportunità culturali, ambientali, sportive e culinarie difficilmente riscontrabili in altri contesti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Risulta quindi evidente che per una persona la decisione di trasfersi a Lugano diventa particolarmente difficile, dato ciò che si dovrebbe "lasciare" in termini di famiglia e affetto e considerando l'incidenza dell'aspetto economico sul bilancio familiare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Come si può pensare di coltivare una relazione, occuparsi della crescita e formazione dei propri figli, prendersi cura dei familiari, mantenere gli interessi extra lavorativi, se si vive a 500 km di distanza e si ha la possibilità di tornare a casa solo per il fine settimana (e neache tutti dato che a volte si è in trasferta in giro per il mondo per fiere/incontri/eventi/meeting anche nei week end)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Inoltre, pur volendo dare per certo quanto promesso, ovvero che l'azienda offrirà un adeguamento del compenso a quello che è lo standard di vita svizzero, come risulterà possibile vivere a Lugano (pagando un affitto, le spese delle bollette, il cibo, ecc.) e contemporaneamente mantenere la famiglia in Italia?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ancora,&amp;nbsp;è&amp;nbsp;da evidenziare che non a tutti i dipendenti verrà fatta la proposta economica. People who work in Pederobba are about 160. Of these, about 75% (!!!) are women. Trasferirsi a 500 km da dove lavora adesso o … restare a casa per un bel po’.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;Non lo si vuole licenziare, anzi, gli si prospetta di rimanere in azienda, di mantenere il posto di lavoro, di continuare a fare il proprio dovere. Perché non stiamo parlando di un’azienda in crisi, no, quella di cui stiamo parlando è una florida azienda che va a gonfie vele, contrariamente a tutti i mercati.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;La TNF non intende far fuori Bob, al contrario, intende trattarlo con i guanti, per quanto è possibile.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Bob non vorrà/non potrà trasferirsi? Se fosse questa la sua decisione, allora Bob, come si è appena detto, resterà a casa. Ma non potrà incolpare l’azienda. La TNF è un’azienda dall’immagine così limpida che ogni essere umano vorrebbe possedere un animo altrettanto cristallino. Ha sposato lo sport e il gusto della sfida dell’uomo contro i proprio limiti. Ha sposato la causa ecologista, appoggia e finanzia onlus che hanno a cuore la salvaguardia della Natura, al suo interno è organizzata in modo tale da provocare il minor danno possibile al pianeta. Ha sposato la causa dei diritti umani, evita con cura di affidare le proprie produzioni sparse in ogni angolo del mondo ad aziende che si avvalgono di lavoratori bambini. Ma è pur sempre un’azienda che persegue con determinazione il guadagno, l’utile, l’arricchimento dei suoi azionisti. Come qualsiasi altro ente economico. In parole povere è una macchina messa in piedi e fatta funzionare per far soldi. Punto. Tutto perfettamente lecito e sacrosanto. E se trasferendosi in un altro Paese, magari famoso (famigerato) per aver dato e dare ospitalità agli oscuri risparmi dei ricchi disonesti e criminali di mezzo mondo, riesce a far più soldi, bene, questo trasferimento s’ha da fare, è un’azione così logica da non lasciare spazi a tante discussioni.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;La TNF risparmierà un mucchio di quattrini trasferendo Bob. I costi diminuiranno. Anche se molto probabilmente i prezzi dei suoi prodotti non scenderanno e per il cliente finale non cambierà granché. Ci saranno solo maggiori guadagni per gli azionisti. Se Bob non vorrà/potrà farlo verrà assunto un altro Bob in loco, in quel famoso Paese. Alla fine ci sarà sempre una persona che lavorerà per la nostra azienda. Che non sia il Bob di prima non è di grande importanza. Quello che eventualmente verrà assunto al posto suo, dall’altra parte, oltre confine, avrà comunque la stessa dignità del nostro Bob. Non ci sono Bob di prima e di seconda categoria. Che sia chiaro.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;La sostanza resterà quella. La nostra bella società ha una certa etica. È un’etica maledettamente importante. Sponsorizzare eventi sportivi, spedizioni esplorative, aiutare la Natura, combattere lo sfruttamento dei bambini. È un’etica che fa vendere, guai a corromperla.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Pochi clienti avranno da obiettare qualcosa sul fatto che la TNF ha finora guadagnato milioni di euro anche grazie a Bob, a questo Bob in particolare, proprio quello che ora è costretto a decidere, che si è sempre impegnato per dare il massimo, che ha considerato la TNF come fosse cosa sua, frutto delle sue mani e del suo sudore. The decision was taken by VF Corporation and is part of a general corporate strategy that aims to concentrate their activities in the EMEA market within two main headquarters, Bornem in Belgium and Lugano in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Switzerland.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;In order to realize this strategy, the company has the intent to transfer part of the staff to Lugano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;The R.S.A. (employee representatives) and the OO.SS (labor unionists) asked to the company, on behalf of the employees, to revise their decision considering also the positive experience gathered operating within the local Sport system industrial district.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;The move would create difficulties to a lot of people and employees that do not have the possibility to accept an eventual offer, besides creating a social problem due to the depauperation of the Treviso area in terms of professionalism, ideas and research.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;On the other hand, a company such as the North Face in Pederobba, that has always shown stability and growth, has attracted a lot of employees also from abroad that contributed to the high value of the business.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;We agreed on the following meeting where the company will come back with the answers to the request of the labor unions. Per chi decidesse di non andare e per gli "esuberi" si prevede l'utilizzo degli ammortizzatori sociali da concordare con i sindacati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Le reazioni&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sgomento, incredulità, tristezza, rabbia, smarrimento, incertezza...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Ma come?!? Se solo due settimane prima nel sales meeting si è parlato della bontà dei risultati ottenuti e delle prospettive di crescita nei prossimi anni (non giorni o mesi, ma anni)..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Ma come?!? Se abbiamo diverse ricerche di personale in corso per ampliare e migliorare il nostro organico interno..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Ma come?!? Se solo qualche giorno prima si era discusso con le amministrazioni locali per realizzare un entrata diretta dalla strada Feltrina..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Ma come?!? Se sono già stati programmati i meeting tra manager e singolo collaboratore per discutere il personale piano di attività e crescita dell'anno..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Consapevolezza... However... There was a feeling something strange would have occured: the schedule of the meeting in the afternoon instead of the morning as usual habit; the presence of the VF European HR Director together with two men dressed up in tie and jacket; a strange meeting with the directors few minutes before in order to reassure their teams for what would have been said later on during the company meeting.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;The announcement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;and... the announcement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;It can be summarized as follows: VF Corp, regardless the positive sales and turnover results achieved by The North Face Italy, has strategically decided to move the premises from Pederobba to Lugano in order to concentrate and rationalize resources and synergies between the various VF brands.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Therefore the italian location will be closed and VF will ask the employees (some, not all) to relocate to Switzerland. For those who will not accept or for the voluntary redundancies, the company will propose "social cushions" that will need to be agreed with the trade unions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Behaviours&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Dismay, incredulity, sorrow, anger, confusion, uncertainty... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;"What?!? Only 2 weeks ago during the salesmeeting we were told what great results had been achieved and what growing targets were expected for the coming years (years, not days or months...)"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;"What?!? We have recruitements in place in order to strengthen and expand the internal staff..."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;"What?!? Just few days before the company discussed a plan for a direct car access from the Feltrina road together with the local authorities..."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;"What?!? Appraisal meetings have already been planned between manager and team member to discuss the yearly personal committment plan and achievement of agreed goals..."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;Awareness... awareness something must be done, all together, a joint force, with the aim to find solutions and have a dialogue with the company to avoid the moving of the premises.
