E’ prevista per il giorno 20 gennaio la ripresa delle trattative tra l’Azienda e le Rappresentanze Sindacali.
Diversi sono i punti da discutere in questo e nei successivi incontri: trattamento dei dipendenti che verranno trasferiti a Lugano, eventuale possibilità di mantenere alcune funzioni presso la sede di Pederobba, ammortizzatori sociali per le risorse in esubero.
La scadenza ultima della procedura sindacale entro il quale definire l’accordo in merito a quanto sopra è il 2 marzo 2010.
Da quando è stata comunicata la decisione di trasferire il business in Svizzera, i dipendenti finora hanno sempre mantenuto un atteggiamento positivo, continuando a svolgere le proprie mansioni con lo stesso impegno e dedizione di sempre.
E’ tuttavia vero che si aspettano di ricevere un trattamento adeguato, ricordando i successi ottenuti dal marchio The North Face in questi anni grazie proprio al lavoro svolto dalla risorse di Pederobba, e considerato che l’azienda ha deciso di chiudere la sede italiana e trasferirsi nonostante un bilancio in utile.
It is scheduled for the 20th of January the continuation of the negotiations between the Company and the Union Representatives.
Many are the topics to discuss during this and the following meetings: treatment of the employees who will be moved to Lugano, any possibility to maintain certain positions at Pederobba’s headquarters, social safety nets for redundant resources.
Deadline of the union procedure, within which to define the agreement on the above, is March the 2nd 2010.
Since it was announced the decision to relocate the business in Switzerland , the employees have so far kept a positive attitude, continuing to perform their duties with the same care and devotion as always.
It’s nevertheless true that they expect to receive an adequate treatment, remembering the successes achieved by the brand The North Face during these years, precisely thanks to the work done by the resources of Pederobba, and considering that the Company has decided to close the Italian headquarters and to move despite a budget with a profit.
